RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Lumexor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

 


 

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Certain health and personal care items

 


 

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 


 

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

 


 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via contact.lumexor@gmail.com or through the website chat before returning the item.

 


 

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibilities are as follows:

  • If the item is defective or damaged, Lumexor will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, including ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return instructions and shipping details will be provided after you contact us and your return is approved.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.

 


 

Delivery Time for Exchanges

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 


 

Tracking and Insurance

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
